  • CAN is a peer support organisation based in Sydney. Our peer support workers have a lived experience of mental illness, or drug and alcohol misuse, or gambling with co-existing mental health issues.
  • Our Watch has been established to drive nationwide change in the culture, behaviours and power imbalances that lead to violence against women and their children. Find out about our Chair, our board members and our ambassadors.
  • Sane Australia is an organisation that strives to raise awareness on mental health and create a support group online for people who are suffering from mental illness. They run an online forum and support service. They also collaborate with other mental health groups across the country and provide a helpline advisor if you need help.
  • headspace is the National Youth Mental Health Foundation providing early intervention mental health services to 12-25 year olds, along with assistance in promoting young peoples’ wellbeing. This covers four core areas: mental health, physical health, work and study support and alcohol and other drug services.
  • Orygen Youth Health (OYH) is a world-leading youth mental health program based in Melbourne, Australia. OYH has two main components: a specialised youth mental health clinical service; and an integrated training and communications program.

  • Beyond Blue is working to reduce the impact of depression and anxiety in the community by raising awareness and understanding, empowering people to seek help, and supporting recovery, management and resilience.
