Man with a Pram
A Facilitated Fatherhood Activation Event for organisations who are proudly supporting more family-friendly workplaces.
"The event was incredibly well-received. The men who attended truly appreciated having something tailored specifically to their needs. More than 60 men came together to share their parenting wins and challenges over breakfast and it was inspiring to witness the respect that was shown to those who openly shared their personal experiences with the wider group. After the event participants shared their positive experiences with colleagues who couldn't attend, we had many enquiries about flexible work arrangements, and we have seen more men accessing their parental leave entitlements. This has helped us to create a workplace culture that is supportive and inclusive of all parents."
