Now when?

The ‘when’ ultimately depends on your schedule. Generally, we host our Dads Group catch-ups on the weekend around 10 a.m. Most people have that time off work, and it should be manageable to get out of the house by 10! But you can meet whenever suits you and your Group.

Ideally, you will meet at least once a month and keep catch-up times and locations consistent so that the Group can find its groove and routine. Not all groups will catch up as regularly as others, but if the details stay consistent, you will succeed more in pulling together a supportive and committed community. For example, 10 a.m. on the first Saturday of every month at your local park.

Once you decide on a place and time, be punctual and communicate clearly with your fellow dads, e.g. "Look for the guy in that black DG hat and shirt" or "It is predicted to rain this weekend; let's move to Maccas instead". 

We are all about making dads feel supported and connected, so it's essential to maintain communication and clarity in every facet of the Group.
