Important Requirement for Aspiring Dads Group Leaders
To all participants interested in continuing this training to become a Dads Group leader, please be advised that obtaining a Working With Children Check (WWCC) or your state's equivalent certification is a mandatory step in completing your training.
Dads Group is committed to the safety and well-being of our families. As such, we prioritise the vetting of our leaders to ensure that we are entrusting the right individuals with this crucial role. Without this certification, we regret that we cannot proceed with your application to become a leader within our organisation.
This requirement reflects our high standards and commitment to providing a safe, supportive environment for all fathers and their families. We strongly encourage you to begin the process of obtaining your WWCC or equivalent as early as possible if you haven't done so already. This will not only facilitate a smoother transition into your role upon completion of your training but also underscore your commitment to the values we hold dear at Dads Group.
